In November 2012, a group of new units were added to the game, their name was The Johnies. Consisting of corrupt policemen, officials and federal agents, these troops were among the strongest you could get, but there was a setback. These troops can only be trained in the other neighborhoods, Greenwich Village, Brooklyn, Park Avenue and Atlantic City and required kickbacks,level 10 buildings and lvl 16 medicine and muscle research to train.
